trying to ask questions on dreamtime, but when the starry screen comes up i cant type anything. whats up?

It sounds like the java applet isn't loading properly. Maybe you are on a public computer that blocks it, or a computer that doesn't have java installed?
Dreamtime is an IRC channel, it can be reached with any IRC client and the commands: /server irc.chat4all.org and /join #dreamtime
You can also use the mibbit link in my sig, and type /join #dreamtime from there.
