Stabilizing Dream - Broken Focus ?
PostPosted: Wed 06 Jul, 2011  Reply with quote

I've recently had a dream & was lucid immediately from the start. I try stabilizing the dream by spinning & the dream scene changes which makes me lose focus taking me into an ND. My very first LD, I used the rubbing hands technique which worked very well so I'll probably just stick to that & verbal commands. But has this happened to anyone else before?

I tend to reserve spinning as a last resort if everything else goes dark. The problem with it is that you lose your vision and if the dream hasn't faded there is a good chance it might. Like you said, it's a bit better to stick with hand rubbing to stabilize. Use spinning as a way to save a fading dream. Hope that helped ^^
