which mantra would be better for MILd

im using WBTB and mantra now heres the ones i was thinking
"is this a dream" vizualing a reality check
"i will reality check in my next dream" vizualing a reality check
maybe it doesent matter but i think the first one is better please let me know before i go to sleep lol
