could this work ?
PostPosted: Wed 28 Mar, 2012  Reply with quote

I was having a read of "exploring the world of lucid dreaming" and in particular the bit about the people being delivered vibrations throughout the day and rc'd when it happened and then vibrations were sent during rem to make them rc and in turn ld.

So what I'm doing is setting a vibrating alarm on my phone and rc'ING and also setting it to go off when I sleep, will this work ?
Thanks

It's a grand idea, thing is, what's to stop your phone from vibrating when you've not yet entered the REM phase of sleep?
