Telling myself I will have a lucid dream doesn’t work

What works for me these days is; as I relax to tell myself:

"tonight I will remember my dreams, I will awaken within my dreams, and I will know exactly what to do.." 20+ times before sleeping.

When I first started doing incubations I only did the first statement.. "tonight I will remember my dreams".. I added the others later.

I noticed especially when I added the phrase "I will awaken within my dreams" I had a big jump in LD.
