so kept trying wild and i woke up this morning did exactly the step by step and i just felt like i couldnt do it, like waking up and then trying it, can i just try at night ?

Practice, practice, and practice some more. Research WILD, on the Internet, on YouTube, whatever. And even if you are quite good at WILD, it is just a tool, sadly, it won't always work. If you have a good imagination, try VILD as you don't need to fall asleep first for it to work. Also I hear SSILD is a reliable technique. Remember, there are tons of techniques and new ones are always being created. Hope this helps a little.
