I generally lucid dream in bursts every few months. I know the proper amount of RC’s is subjective, but I’m wondering if anyone else has overcome a similar problem.

Yes, this sounds familiar. Not only lucid dreams, but nightmares and insomnia usually come in bursts of a week or so. I almost wonder if there is some kind of “lag” in the way the body adjusts sleep rhythms. Is there something in your life that changes in a similar rhythm, for example a work or school schedule?
