Lucid dream induction study

Lucid dreams are a specific type of dream in which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming, which sometimes leads to them acquiring control of the dream, the ability to deliberately wake up, or to passively observe the dream whilst being aware that it is in fact a dream.
Many people find lucid dreaming very enjoyable, as it unlocks the possibility to do whatever you want in your dream, for example fly. It has also been suggested that as a result of having one you could wake up in a better mood.

For my dissertation I’m conducting a study testing simple factors that require minimal effort which may increase lucid dreaming frequency, so if you are a regular lucid dreamer or wish to experience your first one this may work for you!
