I Need Help-Any tips?

HEY ALL. I AM VERY NEW TO LD BUT I AM VERY INTERESTED IN IT. I THINK I MIGHT HAVE HAD MAYBE A LOW LD IN THE PAST. WHILE DREAMING I THINK THIS IS JUST A DREAM I CAN DO WHAT I WANT BUT THEN I GO BACK TO REGULAR DREAMING. I ALSO HAVE BEN IN A BAD DREAM AND WANTING TO WAKE UP. I KNOW I AM DREAMING AND I TRY TO WAKE UP AND I CAN EVEN REMEMBER TRYING TO TALK LOUD ENOUGHT TO TRY AND WAKE MY WIFE UP. I KEPT TELLING HER TO WAKE ME UP. SHE SAID SHE HEARD ME SAYING SOMETHING BUT I WAS NOT TALKING LOUD ENOUGHT FOR HER TO HEAR ME. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO DEVELOPE THE ABILITY TO LD AND CONTROL IT. CAN ANYBODY HELP?? THANK YOU

well, basically just start reading around on this site and the forums. just read up on lucid dreaming and you’ll find many ways to perform the techniques for it.

i personally recommend that you start with a dream journal(a must), reality checks, and the mild technique. good luck and welcome to the world of LDing. :content:
