I have Kazaa’ed this file called 'Hemi-Sync-Lucid Dream Induction Mantra". I can’t find anything about this file on the Net, so does anyone recognize this title?
Does it work, and how?

I’ve also downloaded this file. It’s a HemiSync recording of a voice saying, “The next time I’m dreaming I will realize I’m dreaming. Am I dreaming? Is this a dream?” It does so over and over again. I don’t know if it’s effective or not because I just downloaded it also, but it seems promising.

I also have that file. I kicked it up a notch and mixed it with “In the Sky” by Mystical Sun.
I am buddhist so I have mantra that I regularlly use. I have done it in dream a couple times and it has broughten clarity to the dream.
Yeah, I got that. It’s so horrible sounding, and I think it gives me a headache…
