during lucid dreaming, if you are normally a sleep talker, do you communicate your dreams?
sometimes I am aware of talking out loud in lucid dreams. I dont mean to do it but I know that I am. So yes - it could happen.
Sometimes I am in LD’s I don’t want to be in but cant seem to change it or wake myself up and I deliberately make myself speak out loud so my fiance will wake up and wake me up…lol. Works quite well actually.
Yeah, you do speak out loud. I’ve actually managed to wake myself up by shouting. But that was by accident…
