Reading the dictionary..

Actually helps. Everytime I read the dictionary before I WBTB, 99.99% of the time I dream, I remember more then 75% of the dream, and I usually realise i’m dreaming but I instantly wake up…

Do you mean our Acronyms dictionary or the real dictionary . . like a “Webster’s dictionary.”

If it’s a real dictionary, What letter do you start at?
and how long do you stay on the same letter? What’s your system?

The real one, I usually start around letter D. Try and memorize words, and with the letter D especially, and sort of memorize rhymes with the word Dream. One of my favorite pastimes is going to dictionary.com before I sleep and putting dream into the thesaurus

Entry: dream
Function: noun
Definition: illusion
Synonyms: air castle, bubble, chimera, daydream, delusion, emotion, fancy, fantasy, hallucination, head trip, idea, image, imagination, impression, incubus, mental picture, nightmare, pipe, pipe dream, rainbow, reverie, romance, specter, speculation, thought, trance, vagary, vision, wraith
Concept: mental sensing

And since there is a ton of synonyms, you could easily relate the words mid-dream and in theory lucid dream
