your posting style makes me chuckle also. you’re really happy!
heeh I never tried that new preset heeh!!
darn it! I don’t have time to try it! plus the new preset is too big to be burned onto a cd!
I took a 2 day break from listening to things while sleeping, and guess what?
I listened to LD test preset (the original of course) throughout most of the night, I switched it off and then I got 2 LD’s. I also tried to WILD during the night at least once (but I’m not sure whether I did that before my 2 LD’s - I think I might have actually).
ah but does that take away from the beginning or the end of the A section?
I think it’s calculated to kick in right around REM, so if you screw with it you’re going to get it 10 mins before REM…
The first thing that comes 2 my mind is that the brainwave generator must be a great way to do a WILD.
The generator will take you in to a sleep mode, while you concentrate on a background noise to stay awake.
I mean, just sleep a couple of hours, wake up and than do the WILD thing, with the generator…
will mp3 compression retain all the right frequencies? mp3 compression works by cutting out the frequencies that humans can’t hear. i suppose though, bwgen uses only the frequencies that we CAN hear. therefore… ignore my original comment. lol
Yes it works just the same because the important frequencies aren’t cut out at all. In case of doubt you can try encoding with the option ‘keep all frequencies’.
I think it’s more of what you believe (about it) which will have an effect. If you think it’s effective, then it works better and more often.
