Before I heard about lucid dreaming, I tried many techniques for astral projection. My body would go slightly numb but then it felt like my legs were hot and itchy and started spazing and jerked up a lot so I stopped and went to sleep. Does anybody know why that happened and what that means?
I don’t know about that, but it looks like this topic has Astral Projected itself to another place on this page!
