I wrote a song, and still trying to write more… Sorry again about Hanson, i gave them a chance again(or listen to what they had to sing about, i click your icon 
), But I rather Stick with some Manson. Its to mellow and boring and i dont like them still. THEY NEED TO ROCK OUT MORE, AND THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN and if it did happen, it would be like Vanilla Ice doing Metal.
I write music. Mainly electronic music such as trance, trip hop, break beats, and progressive house. I would also like to make rock, but I don’t have the money for the equipment yet. Does anyone else out there write this type of music?
I hAVE LOTS OF FRIENDS INVOLVED IN THAT CRITERIA OF MUSIC. My friends first debut was at really good club down in South Beach Miami, It’s called “Level” wehn he comes back from Orlando he has a spot their every friday night. The hard part is you have to be 21 
to get in . I don’t have that problem, but most of my friends do! He plays dark breaks or something, im not sure exatly, i could find out though 
Anyone has some good advice to get rid of artist block 
? My dreams are lately in a very normal surrounding, so dreaming doesn’t help anymore… ~sigh~
Not bad Hypnodude, the bands sound is clear and organized. I like harder music myself, but i can see other people getting into it. What do you do for the band? Keep it up if it seems everything is working out.

Well the music at our site is about three years old… 
We’re now working on a new CD. Recordings are finished, now we are mixing all songs…

I’m a minimalist artist, meaning I do art that revolves around small detail. I do designs and random interfaces, for computer applications and websites (posters etc. also). Actually I am. I dont have any audio or anything to link to, I was in what you’d call a cover band. Its run through our highschool music program, but its no small gig. Its basically an education on how to be a proffesional musician, only not as simpistic as a music class. Everything is set up by the students.
Like I said I have no audio, but I got tonnes of pics. If any of yall wanna see em I can e mail a couple of em. Or maybe you could tell me how I can attach them here or something?

Kinda…I play 7-string electric and 6-er acoustic guitar, piano, bass, and alto sax…really wide variety of music, from industrial metal to jazz. I very recently formed a band with one of my friends, but we haven’t really done anything with it yet. For now we’re going to call ourselves Orphan Grain Train (long story)…

but at least they write their own stuff and play their own music.

I like your style, you’re really talented. I do some photoshop stuff myself, but i’ve never posted it anywhere.
Simple just keep doing what you are doing, writing, painting, whatever.
You can refine it later.
I am a student on an Art & Design Course. I’m preparing a portfolio so I can do a Degree course but it’s not going as well as I might hope. Sometimes obsessive creativity just happens. Well it hasn’t happened lately for me.
I tried doing a quick painting of a lucid dream (My LDs tend only to be one short scene) but it was fairly poor.
The other day though I did a landscape painting in a dream and the coulours were very good. The compostition was all wrong though, because I had partially copied the layout from someone else who was nearby, and a further away building was in front of a closer one.
Anyone here write poetry? I thought, now that I know what an ld is and that I do it, that I could use the dreams for inspiration. Are there any poets here that do that?

It’s something I’ve always done, but Ive been attending ACAD (Alberta College of Art & Design) for the last term, and despite teh fact that Ive been bored out of my mind drawing fruit and other miscellaneous objects, I’ve learned alot.

I do commissions every now and then too, which is kinda fun and kinda nice, but so far its mostly been for “Crazy Ferret Ladies” who want drawings of their pets dressed up as stuff. Yeah…
As to ther person asking about inspiration, its simple. Observe everything. Look at other people’s art online or at galleries. Go to the movies, watch people on the street, look at the stars and watch the wind move through the branches of the trees. Anything and everything is inspiring. And don’t sweat it if you’re not cranking out art at a constant rate. If you dont feel like drawing, dont, you can come back to it whenever you feel like it. I find trying to force it really doesnt work, or at least, things never turn out as well as they could have when I try to do that.

I’m an artist too. I have some artworks that are inspired by my both nonLD and LDs. I don’t have them online though because they’re too big to be scanned though. The medium is soft-pastels. Maybe for Christmas I can get a digital camera or something so I can take some pictures of my artworks.
By the way, I recently won Sterling Scholars in Visual Arts. I’m on my way to win $1,000 scholarship in visual arts. Wish me a good luck please!
