this has probably been posted somewhere before (haven’t been here in a while) or common sence to some or whatever, but anyway i experimented a little with b-vitamins. i usually take a time released 150mg b-vitamin tablet before bed every nite. now ive been taking vitamin c caps along with the b’s. i think the vitamin c’s are 500mg or something. anyway, mixing the two seem to highly increase dream recall and vividness…
The vitamin C helps you absorb more of the vitamin b…both the vitamin B6 and vitamin C stimulate the central nervous system, hence creating a more vivid dream than either one alone… its a good combo…
