what are you thinking about when going to sleep?

i was just curious. When you go to bed at the evening, do you try wild, mild or something else?

No, nothing except that I try visiting this site in the evenings so that I will think of lucid dreaming when going to bed. I don’t do any stuff for lucidity when going to bed, as I find the morning to be a better time for doing that. :smile:

I’m not too sure about MILD but WILD works best in the morning or during naps. Sometimes I try and make up stories and see how far I get in them until I fall alseep. The only thing I got is that my thoughts wonder off the storyline and then I’m alseep. Maybe I’ll notice some signs that I’m drifting to sleep and I’ll think about LD and I’ll get my first WILD.

I usually meditate until I go to sleep to start with, and don’t try having a MILD or a WILD until I wake up later on in the night/morning.
