A quest for lucidity...

Hey everyone,
The first time I had an LD, well two actually, was the mornigng after a night of heavy drinking. I had woke up at about 10:30 and threw up a couple of times. I fell asleep on the bathroom floor and sunddenly realised i was dreaming, but as soon as I figured it out it shocked me awake. This happend twice. I have not come close to and LD since…apart from vibrations when doing WILD. I think Napping is alot better for LD’s, but i cannot fall asleep untill its late…any suggestions?

Well,sleeping on the bathroom floor seems to be a tech that works good for you:)Why not keep doin it?hehe…just dont forget the blankets
Seriously-indeed napping is one of the best ld inducers.You might try to sleep shorter during the night and try to nap after good dinner.Just dont make it longer than 1-1,5 hrs or youll have troubles falling asleep at night.
Sleep depravation will also cause good situation for trying WILD as your body will try to pay off the sleep debt by starting sleep in REM
