remember the fun

so i’ve been lucid quite a few times in my dreams. i’m just now starting to prolong them so there longer than 5 seconds. :slight_smile:

my questions is:

since i’ve just started with the longer LDs i realize that i can’t remember the whole thing. i’ve heard people ask questions with this problem before but i was wondering if dream journals are the only solution to this problem?

Vitamin b6 will give you better recall.Melatonin might make your dreams more vivid and maybe therefore better remembered:)
