I use music to fall asleep, could I use this to help LD?

Hey, I’ve just discovered this site and it’s piqued my interest. Anyway I usually use music to relax myself enough to go to sleep because I tend to be a bit of an insomniac. Does playing music work well as a RC, as I play a music mix of tunes I find relaxing which I only use to sleep. I’m thinking if I heard them in a dream I would notice and possibly LD. Any thoughts?

Sounds like it could work - give it a try. I find that having music on while I sleep makes me sleep lighter - which may be good for LDs. But I’ve never tried that with an intent to LD. Let us know what happens. :happy:
