I am new to this site and also new to lucid dreaming. I have seen things mentioned about a person’s spirit guide and I was hoping that somebody could explain to me what this person is and what they signify.
Some will say they are higher beings, others will say they are constructs of your mind. However, most people using the term will be meaning that they are higher beings, meant to guide you, as the name implies.
