What is a WILD?

I’ve read EWLD by Stephen La Berge but I forgot what a WILD was. Isn’t it a wake induced lucid dream? If it is how do you have one. Sometimes at school I I put my head down on my desk in study hall. After letting my mind wander I begin to see vivid images but I am not asleep. Is this the beginning of a WILD?

:yinyang: Wild is wake incuded lucid dremaing. It means waking up 2 hours before you normally would, stay awake for 1/2hour-hour and then hit the hay. This method is effective for a good amount of people.

Look up:)Just few topics above is “Big Wild Topic”.Theres all info possibile about it:)
take care

What you’re getting in school is hypnagogic imagery. It shows you’re somewhat aware of the process of being half-asleep (or maybe just daydreaming), so it’s a good sign.

I agree with Fwongo. Also, you can see that we have a HUGE WILD topic dicussion… go there and have a look. It has a lot of information there. Good luck with WILD.
