I have read that liquorice root have a positive effect on lucid dreaming.
I have been looking for liquorice roots in several shops, without finding it.
Now I am wondering if every kind of liquorice helps? (I think most about liquorice lozenges/pomfrets or chewing gum with liquorice.)

In another thread I mentioned ouzo which is connected to liquorice. Unfortunately I didn’t have any success with it. Well, I didn’t drink a lot to tell you the truth. Very moderately. Someone else might try but don’t drink and drive!

Anyway, I have final found a shop where I can buy liquorice root tea, so I shall try the tea soon.
