Welcome to the forum.

To attain lucidity even slightly after just a few weeks is a sign of great progress and dedication. Have no fear thing will get much better as you practice more and have more lucid dreams. I hope the information on this site adds to your knowledge and skill.

Happy dreaming.

hi, i just found this site today. I plan on starting my quest for lucidity tonight. I think that I will be semi-successful because I have a lot of dreams, and I can remeber then well. Wish me luck!

hi DDT! welcome and good luck on your quest.
It sounds like you have the best advantage to start with, and that is good dream recall.

hi l2o5z1, congratulationss on your experiences and welcome.

have fun!

Hey, I’m from Dreamviews and I decided to register here (and for some reason the activation email got into junk mail…). I’m a pretty experianced lucid dreamer and I’m trying out hypnosis right now. This seems like a pretty nice forum (and hopefully it’s pretty active too). I would write more, but I don’t know what to write :content: .

Welcome to the forum.

Yes, the forum is usually active and there are a lot of grate people here.

I also practice self-hypnosis.

I look forward to reading more of your posts.

Happy Dreaming

Hi everybody! I “rediscovered” lucid dreaming a month ago and i finally got 2 LD three days ago.
I must say this seems to be the best lucid website i found.

Hi Crouching Lotus (great name  )!

Welcome to LD4all! I hope you’ll like it here. Perspective is a bit different than on DV but you’ll get used to that very quickly  Both fora complement each other in an excellent way!

Enjoy your stay! :ok:

Oh before I forget… we actually have a BIG “Hi, I’m new here!” Topic. You can find it here: [The BIG "Hi, I'm new here!" Topic XI)

This is going to sound odd, but what is self-hypnosis?

It’s a method where you actually hypnotize yourself to some extent. This way, a message can penetrate deeper into your subconsciousness, thus may work much better. You can do that by relaxing and focusing your awareness on an intention or an image. You can use counting techniques, and there are even computer programs, such as Brainwave Generator, which facilitate changes in brainwave patterns to activate self hypnosis much faster. All this can help you to become lucid, because this way your intention of becoming lucid can find its way to your sub-c much faster than normal.

Hi akahad! Welcome to LD4all!!

Glad you like it hehe. I’m sure you’ll like it here

Oh and congrats with the LDs! :ok:

Enjoy your stay
