Hahahaha all I can say is that meditation is the key of the chakras balanceness. Also following your intuitions in order to balance them out definitely works too!
I’ve took that test long time ago… I remember having my 3rd eye and crown being veeeery overactive (no wonder why I have been daydreaming… even hallunicated a bit from day dreaming lol). And that my root was very underactive.
I decided to focus on my root… and all is going ok now. Got it more active… even though I dont know how I did it though. I just take it one at the time and rest will just eventually be fixed.
My results:
Root: under-active (-25%)
Sacral: under-active (-31%)
Navel: under-active ( -81%)
Heart: under-active (-50%)
Throat: open (38%)
Third Eye: under-active (-19%)
Crown: under-active (-19%)
It sucks…

So thats where i should improve. I agree. Especially now since my computer exploded (that technology part). But i honestly think this is at least something ive been improving a lot in the last 6 months. Still need more stability on this area though.
btw that 100% throat… well… i can feel it… coz i talk too much etc… and coz of that and other circumstances i ve problems with my throat quite often - ill etc… so dont envy anybody that has 100% in anything… coz it doesnt mean that its good …

Accurate enough. Not that it’s neccasarily a good thing but I would have put my crown and third eye chakras even higher then they are, and my root much lower. I need to work on balancing my other chakras.

Well since my root chakra was under-active -94%, I have tried a few ways to open it. Its been a long time since I have tried grounding my energy, so I started doing this again, and will do it daily. Anyone have any success with opening the root chakra?

i’ve tried lots of techniques for grounding yourself…
like imagining yourself as a tree etc…
