I was just going to put this up to see if anyone else experiences the same thing as me. I’m sorry if this is dumb but I just wanted to see if i could help out any new people to Lding (i’m also kinda new)

I’ve only had 3 low level ld’s which isn’t very good i know… :sad:

but. I had tried for a month w/ a dream diary and got good dream recal but as soon as i got on the web and joined this site. BOOM… :grin:

That night i had 2 low level LD’s. Then like two days later i had another low level.

It’s a fact - the more you think about LDing (or, indeed, anything) the more likely it is to come up in your dreams. I didn’t really know anything about LDing before I came to this site (well, I did a little, but I hadn’t tried it), so I don’t really know. But yeah, it probably helps.
