Had my first OBE this morning, and when i went to the mirror i seen a very bright white light where i guess i was.
just wondering if anyone else has ever done this, and seen something similiar.
Also, i found it very hard to control my movement,
it’s like when i tried to move and didn’t go very slowly i started to accelerate really fast. Interested in hearing other peoples experiences and how they compare.
