For those having trouble LDing

I was reading a book yesterday and found something which really makes sense. The following quote is from the book called ‘Lucid Dreaming and the art of Dreaming Creatively’ by Pamela Ball:

‘One thing to be continually borne in mind is that it does not matter if you have not had a lucid dream for some time even if you have diligently practiced all the techniques, and set about to incubate such a dream. Lucid dreaming is only one level of consciousness, and it is more than possible that your mind is benefiting from the practice in other ways. This apparently unproductive time may simply be a period where there is a great deal of internal adjustment going on. The more you gain mastery over your mind the more focused your living becomes.’

Funny thing is after reading this last night I had my first LD in six months

Wow that great Sleepyhead!! Congrats !!
