How much of what, and in what combination?

COOOOOO!!!
So i’ve read the sticky for substances and got a lot of good ideas. The problem is i tend to… over do it. I would like to know combenations of substances that work and don’t cancle each other out.

I’ve heard that taking scull cap with mugwort works. My main question revolves around vitamins B6 and B12. I have both. B6 100mg pills and B12 500mcg. how much should i take and does taking them together help or hurt the dreaming process? I took one of each lastnight and had little to no dream recall.

Hears what i have: scullcap, B6, B12, mugwort, valerian, st johns wort, sleepytime tea(no idea if it has anything to do with dreaming).
What could be combined with these, Or what combinations of other substances help.
