Looking back in my dream journal, in the past two weeks I have had a good amount of dreams (normal ones – I can’t LD yet) in which I am in class at school, or dealing with one of my actual teachers. Not only that, but often in my dreams, I am getting into some sort of trouble with those teachers. How should I interpret this, and how can I use it (if at all) to help induce lucid dreams?
You can do a RC every time you get to your school or every time you see that teacher. Then you think about it when you go to sleep, and tell yourself that everytime you see that teacher you should do a RC because you could be dreaming. For best result you should repeat this until you fall asleep.
