You want headphones that have a full frequency response, and the nicer the headphones the better it works.

that being said, I use earbuds and it works just fine.

That depends on just how lucid and aware you are during your dreams.

A better way to word this is ... how vivid are your normal dreams? Are they kinda fuzzy around the edges? Distinct, but definite ...

Well, my adaptation continues, slowly. I can tell my circadian rhythm is being broken up, and I am starting to REALLY crave naps at certain times of the day (like now).
