Whenever I have DILD, I always wake up within five minutes of 3:37 a.m.(but it is usually right at 3:37 a.m.)
My WILD’s usually happen later in the morning… usually around 5:30 or 6.
My Question is … has anyone else noticed a pattern in the time at which LD’s occur?
yea sure my lds occour at bout 4 ish
and my best reacll is bout than 2, but i have a bio alram set 4 me 2 wake me up tha lol

i never know what time i LD at, i try not to think of time to much, it distracts me and might confuse me to wake up or something.
