I drink a cup of mint tea every night before I go to sleep but I stopped for few days and the night that I drank it again I remembered a whole bunch of fun filled dreams and became lucid for the first time in a while.

I think you can build up a tolerance to mint tea. It seems like it’s possible to build up a tolerace to almost everything that has an effect on the body. Maybe I should try some mint tea, I have a pack of 20 tea bags that I have only used once.
